We love our kids. We pray with them. We take them to church.
But most of their questions, struggles, and identity-forming moments happen at home, in the ordinary days between Sundays. And the world does not wait while we figure it out.
This Free March 7th event is your family’s joyful reset.
Fun. Intentional. Together. You don't want to miss this.

By their classrooms. By their screens. By their friends. By every voice that gets to them before we even realize it's happening.
We love our kids. We take them to church. We pray with them at night. We show up for every game and recital. But here's what most of us don't talk about: there's a difference between loving your children and intentionally discipling them.
Discipleship is the conversation at the kitchen table after a hard day. It's the car ride where you ask the real questions. It's sitting together with no phones, no TV, and saying: let me tell you who God says you are. It's not just Sunday morning. It's Monday through Saturday too.
The Mud & The Mirror was born from a real moment. My own children were baptized in September 2024. The water dried. Life went on. And the questions started coming — What does it really mean? Am I still bad when I mess up? Does God see the mud or the mirror?
I didn't find a book that answered those questions the way a parent would — around the dinner table, in the garage, in the everyday. So I wrote one.
March 7th is the launch of that book. And it's an invitation to bring your family back to the table.
Bring the Kids!

This is not a sit-in-a-row, listen-quietly kind of event. This is a real family experience — kids at creative stations, parents connecting, everybody leaving with something they can use that same night at dinner.

Live Story
Experience
A live, interactive read-through of The Mud & The Mirror — the kind that pulls kids in and gives parents the language they've been looking for.

Creative
Activities
Hands-on stations where kids process the message through art, play, and conversation. Engaging, joyful, and purposeful — not a worksheet in sight.

A Moment Just
for Parents
While the kids create, parents gather. Real talk about discipleship at home, what intentional family time actually looks like, and how to start (or restart) tonight.

Your People
Are Here
Homeschool families, church leaders, co-op coordinators, small group leaders — people who care about raising children in faith and want to do it together.

Tools to
Take Home
You won't just leave with a book. You'll leave with a plan — a simple 10-night guide to reading The Mud & The Mirror together as a family and having the conversations that matter.

Truth Rooted
in Scripture
Every moment of this afternoon is anchored in what God actually says about your child. Not culture. Not comparison. God's mirror of grace.

A portion of every copy of The Mud & The Mirror — whether purchased here, through our website, or anywhere books are sold — helps this message travel beyond our community.
Your support makes it possible for us to host events like these, place books in Little Free Libraries, donate copies to local public libraries, and gift families who long for more intentional, Christ-centered time together but may not have access or resources.
When you choose this book, you're not just blessing your own family. You're planting seeds of truth, identity, and hope in homes and communities you may never meet.
Thank you.
